When a customer or shop admin asks to be deleted, the platform starts a deletion that every service holding their data takes part in. It refuses while the person has unfinished orders or open returns.
An audit log that cannot be edited
Role changes, shop lifecycle changes, configuration changes and financial events are recorded in an immutable audit log.
Monitoring and alerts
Our team watches service health, checkout success and failed payment confirmations, and is alerted when something needs attention.
A small PCI scope
Because card data is never stored, there is far less sensitive data to protect in the first place.
